Refunds, replacement & cancellation terms
Whilst we will endeavour to give you the most outstanding service possible, we offer no guaranteed refunds for any reason including cancellations made by ourselves or the client! Having said this, where we deem it is appropriate, we reserve the right to arrange for an alternative service or an ‘ex-gratia’ payment or other form of mutually agreed compensation should the services purchased not be to the satisfaction of the customer or delivery or said service or product not be possible for any reason whatsoever.
